2. What this policy covers
This policy covers pages on the BG Studios website (including home, portfolio, Let’s Work Together, and the digital card). The Blackjack Trainer iOS app has a separate App Privacy Policy.
3. Inquiry form data
When you submit Let’s Work Together, we collect the information you provide: name, optional business name, email, optional phone, selected service, project details, and technical metadata needed to operate the form (submission time, attributed source when available, and a unique lead ID).
We use this data only to review your project, respond to your inquiry, qualify fit, and schedule a conversation. Inquiries are not contracts and do not create a binding agreement.
4. Analytics
We use first-party analytics to understand visits, CTA clicks, share/QR opens, and inquiry submissions. Events are attributed to sources such as NFC, QR, website, or direct when that information is available. Analytics are designed to avoid collecting passwords, payment data, or unnecessary personal content from form fields in log drains (lead logs are redacted where practical).
If your browser sends Do Not Track, we respect it when NEXT_PUBLIC_ANALYTICS_RESPECT_DNT is enabled (default on).
5. Storage & retention
Accepted inquiries are stored in our application runtime and/or structured operational logs so we can follow up. Optional private webhooks (for internal tools such as a revenue command center) may receive the same lead payload. We do not sell inquiry data.
6. Spam protection
Forms use server-side validation, rate limiting, and honeypot fields to reduce abuse. These measures process technical signals (such as IP / user-agent fingerprints hashed for rate limits) solely for security.
7. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may use service providers (for example email delivery) solely to operate notifications when those providers are configured. Phone Call / Text / Save Contact actions use your device’s native apps.
8. Your choices
To request access or deletion of an inquiry you submitted, contact us using the methods above and include your lead reference ID if you have one. We will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the website evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do.
