FAQ
- What is Blackjack Trainer?
- Blackjack Trainer (Casino Ready Academy) is an educational iOS app from Gongii Studios that helps you practice published basic strategy with a coach that explains decisions. It is not a casino and does not offer real-money gambling.
- Does the app use real money?
- No. Chips and bankroll figures are simulated training chips only. There are no deposits, withdrawals, cash-outs, or real-money wagers.
- What is “basic strategy” in the app?
- Decisions are graded against published basic strategy for the selected table rules. The coach explains the recommended action using that strategy source — it does not invent advice beyond those published charts.
- Why did my bankroll or chips reset?
- Training chips live on your device. Clearing app data, reinstalling, or using a different device can reset local progress. Bankroll Builder sessions are separate from My Table free-play chips. Use in-app reset controls only when you intend to start fresh.
- How does progress tracking work?
- Accuracy, streaks, Casino Ready Score, Mastery categories, and Weakness Table spots are computed from hands you play on this device. Progress is stored locally and is not synced to a Gongii cloud account in v1.0.
- Something looks wrong / the app crashed. What should I try?
- Force-quit and reopen the app, confirm you are on the latest App Store version, and restart your iPhone. If a specific hand or screen misbehaves, note the screen name, what you tapped, and your iOS version before contacting support.
- How do I report a bug?
- Email blackjacktrainersupport@gmail.com with: app version (1.0), iOS version, device model, steps to reproduce, and screenshots if helpful. We use your message only to respond to the report.
