1. Who we are

2. Scope
This policy covers the Blackjack Trainer iOS application (bundle com.gongii.blackjacktrainer, app version 1.0) and these public support/privacy web pages. It does not cover unrelated Gongii Studios products unless linked from those products.
3. Information stored on your device
The app uses on-device storage (AsyncStorage) for features such as:
- Training progress and simulated chip balances (AsyncStorage)
- Performance / mastery records used for coaching and Weakness Table
- Table rules, display preferences (e.g. card skin, felt color, hand totals)
- Bankroll Builder™ session state (training chips only; separate from free-play chips)
This information stays on your device unless you choose to include it in a support email you send us, or unless the operating system backs up app data according to your device settings.
4. Information we do not collect via the app (v1.0)
Based on the v1.0 source and dependency audit:
- No account registration or sign-in in v1.0
- No app-operated cloud backend or sync in v1.0
- No third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs in the shipped dependency set
- No LLM / AI provider network calls (coach answers are generated on-device from published basic strategy)
- No in-app real-money gambling, deposits, or withdrawals
5. Network activity
Application source for v1.0 does not implement general-purpose network calls to Gongii servers for gameplay or progress sync.
- Published strategy source titles may reference Wizard of Odds chart metadata as a citation; the app does not fetch that site at runtime.
Apple may collect standard App Store / operating-system diagnostics or analytics if you opt in at the system level. That processing is controlled by Apple, not by Gongii Studios application code.
6. Support communications
If you email blackjacktrainersupport@gmail.com, we receive the content of your message (and any attachments you include) in order to respond. We do not use support mail as an advertising channel.
7. Children
Blackjack Trainer is a general-audience educational training tool. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it from our support inbox as appropriate.
8. Educational / no real-money gambling
The app provides simulated chips and training sessions only. It does not process payments for gambling, does not accept real-money wagers, and does not pay winnings.
9. Your choices
You can delete locally stored training data by clearing the app’s data or deleting the app. You can also use in-app reset controls where provided. Uninstalling removes the app and its local data from that device (subject to any device backups you maintain).
10. Changes
If practices change in a future app version (for example, adding an optional account or analytics), we will update this policy and the effective date. Material changes will be reflected on this page before or when the updated app is distributed.
